Headteacher’s message
On behalf of all of our school, welcome to the Saint Lawrence family. We hope that our website gives you a picture of our school, values and vision.
Saint Lawrence School is a special place where Christian values and beliefs underpin the entire life and work of our school. We have a strong sense of community displayed in genuine care for everyone, fostering a sense of achievement by praising and rewarding success. High standards and striving to cater for the needs of everyone, form the basis of our vision. Education is about partnership. It is about everyone having the same expectations; about everyone pulling together to do their very best for your child.
Learning is at the heart of our school. We offer an exciting curriculum that is rich in opportunities and experiences; one that deepens children’s knowledge and understanding and instils a lifelong love of learning. We believe that a stimulating environment, in which good relationships flourish, should be the foundation for every child’s daily school experience.

Supporting St Barnabas
During the Autumn term, we have raised a wonderful £2,300 for St Barnabas. Deborah, from the charity, visited us to be presented with this fantastic sum of money - which she told us provided 105 hrs of care. We are proud of the difference we are making.

This year this we will support St Barnabas and our outdoor development here at school.
