Mrs Skinner’s long and loyal association with the school means that Saint Lawrence is written right through her. She has graduated from parent, volunteer, governor and midday supervisor, eventually to arrive at her Learning Support Assistant role. She is a salt of the earth, pragmatic character who would do anything for anyone. Mrs Skinner is fabulous at 1:1 support because she builds such good relationships with the children and is always prepared to go the extra mile.
